William Green sipped from his glass of fine wine, while pondering the invitation that had been given to him. The 'doctor' was a supposedly powerful man, but he was clearly unhinged. Not to mention the other assorted psychos who would show up. The entire thing seemed to be a colossal gamble with minimal chance of profit. Long odds to say the least.

William liked long odds.

William Green will go to the conference himself, as well as his Henchman Jasper

Jasper is a highly skilled combatant, trained and forged in battlefields across the world. Jasper can kill a man in a million ways without any weapons. Despite his brutal resume, Jasper is a good-natured fellow, making many quips on his actions, and what others do. Most people are rather disturbed by Jasper, but William appreciated his sense of humour and his usefulness was second to none. Due to this, Jasper is the second most powerful figure in the Aesir Group.

All this despite being a dog.

(( I love this, but I have not time for it, I hope people can join whenever they want))

((Aye, anyone can join whenever they wish.))

The deadline to state whether one is going or not to Dr. Klein's meeting shall be 6pm, today, UTC+8. This may not seem like a lot of time, but I want to get this crazy meeting underway!

Dmitri Grekov
STRONG Super Spy

DmitriGrekov_zps5b0c7dbd.jpg

The undisputed top agent of all STRONG operatives, Dmitri Grekov’s reputation is known throughout the world. Despite this fame, or infamy as some would call it, Dmitri remains a relatively unknown figure outside of his role as STRONG’s top agent.

Investigation into Dmitri Grekov’s past reveal little, save for a surprising tidbit of information. Dmitri Grekov was once an Evil Genius, operating out of the deep wilderness of Siberia. From there he sent out trained packs of surgically enhanced Siberian Huskies to assault and eliminate any villages or towns that they could sniff out. The reasoning behind these attacks is unknown, as is what he hoped to achieve, but all that can be gathered is that STRONG managed to track Grekov down to his base, and capture him. At some point during his confinement he agreed to join STRONG as an agent, as they recognized someone with his talents would do well in their line of work.

Once Evil Genius, turned Super Agent, Dmitri Grekov is not a man to be taken lightly. His cold intellect, enhanced combat skills and overriding drive to kill his enemies makes him a most formidable enemy. And one must not forget that relic of his Super Villain past, his loyal pack of surgically enhanced Siberian Huskies. While there numbers are reduced down to 5, any animal that can shrug of bullets and bite through steel as a knife goes through butter deserves to be taken seriously.

SiberianHuskies_zps226c9380.jpg

Grekov's enhanced Huskies. Named, from left to right, Boris, Natasha, Igor, Vladimir, and Ivan.

Special Abilities:

Super Spy: Dmitri Grekov, thanks to his superb skills, cannot be killed unless one finds out what his weakness is.
Pack Master: Thanks to his Siberian Huskies, Dmitri Grekov is able to cause huge amounts of carnage without lifting a finger.
Former Evil Genius: His past in villany gives Dmitri a unique understanding of how Evil Geniuses think. As such, he is able to find out the base locations of Evil Geniuses quickly.

As Caesar is about to depart, better dressed than ever and equipped with a gladius made of modern steel and a desert eagle pistol engraved with Latin lettering, he turns to the Aedificator.

"Aedificator. I have left some plans for you in your laboratory. Try to follow what I have already written, but feel free to modify the plans as the situation evolves."

The machine man saluted, before walking through the depths of the underground lair. His brain was in a thousand places, trying to come up with what kind of problems Caesar wants him to solve and how to solve them. By the time he had reached his lab, he had already thought of thousands of possible options. None of them would even come close to what Caesar had in store.

FYwkn8H.jpg

Note the wooden table. Although Caesar employs modern technology, he likes old fashioned decor.

On the Aedificator's desk lay a map and a list of instructions. He examined the map for a moment with utter curiosity, before turning his attention to the note.

Prepare yourself Lucio, for what I have planned has never been done before. It will launch my legions onto the world stage. The future citizens of the Roman Empire will learn to respect my power.

Already the Aedificator was baffled. He hadn't been called by his real name since... since... He couldn't remember the last time.

Get ready, Lucio, for I plan to kidnap the leader of the rebellious religious sect that corrupted the empire over a thousand years ago: the Pope.

The machine man about fell out of his chair, the various gadgets implanted into him sparking with confusion in reaction to the overload on the Aedificator's nervous system. The Aedificator had never doubted Caesar, but the seeds of doubt began to form in the machine man's robotic head at that moment.

I am sure you are quite shocked. But do not despair. I have planned this out very well. Below is a list of instructions.

The Aedificator took a deep breath through his mechanical lungs. With the exception of the low buzz of the filters in the machine man's lungs, all was quiet.

To Take a Tyrant

Equipment and Manpower
As you are well aware, my legion so far is composed of a century of legionnaires as well as a decade of praetorians. However, with my trip to visit Dr. Klein, you will only have 9 decades of legionnaires and six praetorians. They are all going to be put to use. They will use their standard battle equipment unless stated otherwise. You are to provide seven explosives, all with enough power to level a 90 meter concrete bridge. You are also to provide localized radio jammers to all of the soldiers being deployed. Any other equipment you wish to use in the operation is up to you, as long as it is sensible and won't lead to the failure of the operation.

Order of Operations
ETK(Estimated time of Kidnapping) -8:00 hours - 10 legionnaires are to trickle into the Vatican City over the next 7 hours under the pretenses of tourism. They are to be wearing civilian clothes, but carry discrete pistols that can be easily hidden.

ETK -3:00 hours - 10 escape vans capable of holding at least a seven men are to be split between points B1 and B2. Be discrete where you drop them off. Each van will carry three legionnaires in full combat gear.

ETK -2:00 hours - 20 legionnaires are to be dispatched to nearby buildings at point A around Banca D'Italia. Five are to wear civilian clothes with body armor and hideable submachine guns. The 15 others are to be in standard combat gear.

ETK -1:30 hours - At points C1, C2, and C3, ten legionnaires are to be dispatched to each location. The groups at C1 and C2 will carry two bombs each, while the group at C3 will carry three bombs. At the three red X's on the west side of the map, two Praetorians each are to position themselves on the roofs of buildings in the area.

ETK -1:00 hours - The five legionnaires with civilian clothes are to enter Banca D'Italia to commence a bank heist. Why you might ask? This will distract the local police forces (which are quite limited I might add due to the state of the country. In fact, I do not think they have a specialized SWAT force like the USA does.)

ETK -0:45 hours - The police should have formed a weak blockade around the bank by now. The fifteen remaining legionnaires in combat gear are to break the blockade and then fortify themselves within the bank.

ETK -0:30 - Pope Paul VI is planned to have a public speech at this time. There should be a crowd. The 10 civilian clothed legionnaires are to position themselves at the front of the crowd.

ETK -0:20 - The groups at points C1, C2, and C3 are to plant explosives on each of the bridges and then place themselves on the west bank of the Tiber.

ETK -0:10 - After 20 minutes of the speech, the legionnaires are to pull out their weapons and take out any guards. They should have a problem since the only guards in the Vatican are the meager Swiss Guards. It does not matter if any civilians are killed. Blood must be shed in war. The pope should flee into St. Peters Basillica. Meanwhile, the groups at C1, C2, and C3 are to blow the bombs on the bridges. This is to prevent any reinforcements from getting to the Vatican. The Praetorians positioned at the red X's are to fire at any police seen coming to help the Vatican.

ETK -0:09 - Two legionnaires from each van (one will remain as a driver and to defend the van) will exit their vans and breach St. Peter's Basillica with the objective to capture the Pope. Do not take any hostages until the Pope is captured.

ETK 0:00 - The Pope should be found by now. After this, any cardinals you may find should be captured, as they are future candidates for Popes.

ETK 0:05 - All hostages will be placed into any of the vans but one van. This van will head south to pick up the Praetorians. Then, all the vans will head north to the lair. Make sure no one is following them. At the bank, any weak attempts to take the 20 legionnaires by the police should fail. At this time, they are to break any blockade and hijack any cars they see. They are to head north to the lair and escape. Again, make sure no one is watching.

The Aedificator slumped in his chair. This was a lot to take in. But it was Caesar's will and Caesar's will be done.

Henchman
Name: Agent Wyoming
Real Name: Reginald "Reggie" [last name unknown]
Biography: Formerly an agent of an infamous special forces project run by ARMOR that went awry due to its director having villainous intentions, Wyoming is today working as an independent bounty hunter—technically. He has been hired as a mercenary by O'Malley to take care of problems that may arise. Known for being overly-British (and employing insincere politeness), Wyoming is an arrogant but competent henchman, who unfortunately also has his own motives, and an irrational love for knock-knock jokes which is said to be a side-effect of some of the experiments of the special forces project that he was a part of.

((Since we start off with one.))

An Unusual Offer

Dr. Jacob Klein sat at the head of a large black table, the name ‘GLOBEX’ splayed across the onyx surface in pale blue. Rubbing his wrinkled hands together, Klein counts off those who enter one by one. A number of those he had hoped would attend had not even responded, much to his dismay, but enough had come to make this meeting worthwhile. Standing in for Dr. Coma were 30 of his minions, all of whom looked vaguely uncomfortable. With great reverence they placed down a shiny steel device which, at the touch of a button, crackled to life. A rasping voice came forth, ordering the minions into formation. It dawned on Dr. Klein that the man known as Dr. Coma must truly be in a state as his name suggested. The comma symbol emblazoned on the device brought a faint smile to Klein’s lips, as the peculiarity of using such a symbol caused his insides to ache with supressed laughter.

A strange figure, a maddened smile on his face like Dr. Klein’s own, pushed past Dr. Coma’s minions and sat down happily at a seat near the far end of the table. Klein wasn’t sure, but it looked as if the man was talking to a… severed head? Blinking in surprise, Klein decided that the strange man must be the villain known as Clownface.

The men who walked in next couldn’t have been more different. One was wearing a gas mask, and was playing with a pair of rats, while the other man, who looked slightly disgusted, was possibly the most non-descript man Klein had ever seen. Normal height, normal haircut, normal eyes, normal voice. Normal. The man must be Captain Obvious, and his unwelcome companion was, without a doubt, the Rat King.

Jostling for the remaining available seats were two women of such beauty that Klein felt his old heart flutter with excitement, and a Turkish looking man wearing fine silken robes. The dark haired woman glared daggers at the man, who Klein guessed was the Pasha, before pulling a chair out for her red-headed companion. As the beauty sat gracefully down, Klein wiped a trembling hand across his suddenly sweaty brow. These sirens must be Scarlet and Winter, the Russian Evil Genius and her personal Henchwoman.

The men who calmly took their seats next seemed completely unaffected by the allure of the two women in their presence, their well-groomed manner and quiet voices making Klein hesitate. He was unsure of who was who until a short bark came from underneath the table, and one of the men pulled a dog up onto his lap. Nodding at the men, Klein identified them the man with the dog as William Green, with his who must be the oddity known as Jasper. The slick figure seated next to him would be none other than that old oil tycoon’s son, Mr Whist.

Klein cleared his throat, and began to speak, before what looked like a small army marched into the room. Men dressed in old-looking Roman gear took up positions behind one of the empty chairs, while a number of more notably burlier individuals escorted a man who Dr. Klein remembered reading about. It was Caesar. Receiving an imperious nod from the man, Klein reminded himself that he must try and decipher whether the character in front of him was truly the Caesar of old, or some imposter.

Before Klein could even attempt to begin to speak, a man strode to the table and gestured at a robot restrained by his minions. “This… thing was sent to destroy us! Dr. O’Malley seeks to blow us all to Kingdom Come!” Klein stared at the man in amazement, before looking at the feebly struggling robot. The lone machine had not escaped his attention, but scans of the entity when it had entered his lair had shown no traces of any explosives, of any shape or form. Motioning for one of the minions to tear open the robots chassis, Klein had to supress a laugh at what he saw inside. Sitting inside the robot’s chest cavity, tied down with duct tape, was a large water container full of what appeared to be lemonade. It looked like a potato battery was floating inside it, and a few sniggers could be heard throughout the room as the word ‘Noocleair’ was seen scrawled on the water canister. The robot’s chassis was forced back shut before it was shoved inelegantly into a chair. The man, who Klein guessed was none other than Dr. Mellivora, smirked triumphantly before taking his seat.

Klein was saddened to see so many empty seats, but shrugged to himself. It was their loss to isolate themselves like this. With agents such as Dmitri Grekov now roaming the underworld, people with the same interests should come together. His maddened smile returning, Dr. Jacob Klein cleared his throat and spoke confidently to the small crowd assembled before him.

“Welcome my most vile companions! I am so pleased to see that so many of you accepted my invitation, even if the acceptance was rather… unorthodox.” Klein motioned to Dr. O’Malley’s robot, earning himself a short burst of laughter. Smiling thinly, Klein pressed a button on the table before him, causing the large television set behind him to crackle to life. Turning around Klein pointed one of his wizened hands at the images appearing on the screen, his tone becoming more shrill and excited. “We can accomplish much if we work together, so that is why I have something interesting planned for us! My sources have told me that archaeologists in Egypt have uncovered the tomb of Antony and Cleopatra! Some of the most famous figures of Ancient Egyptian history! The academic world is preparing to descend upon Egypt and discover as much as they can.” Klein rubbed his hands together, “This is where we come in. With the media of the world focused upon Egypt and the tomb, now would be the ideal time for a bit of mayhem and destruction. I put forth we work together to pillage that tomb of everything and anything that may be valuable, and destroy the rest with explosives! No doubt METAL agents will be there, as a safeguard against us trying anything, but I know we can overwhelm them. METAL has never been a very cohesive organization anyway.”

The doctor looked around at the men and women, who sat before him, his gaze mad and his smile wide. The opportunity was now there for the men and women present to decide on what to do. Form a plan, and work together? Plot to take advantage of Klein’s seemingly maddened mental state? Or simply go off and do as they pleased? The options available for those Evil Geniuses were manifold.

One of a number of stolen Egyptian Sarcophagus's floating around the black market.

Dr. Klein has revealed he has uncovered the location of the tomb of Antony and Cleopatra, and believes in looting and destroying it to gain some wealth and international notoriety. Players who attended the meeting may put forward their own proposals, and generally do as they wish.

The Computer of Dr. Coma once again began whizzing and making strange noises because of the intensive transfer of information. After some time, the rasping voice began talking again:
" We should not attack head - on an enemy of which we know little. We should divide the operation in 3 parts. The first part of the operation will be consisted by geniuses that have the equipment and skill to pull off a recon mission on the forces and the agents of METAL. The second part will have to do with creating a diversion, an unexpected attack in some other country under the protection of METAL, preferably an arab one, in order to weaken the security in the tomb. The third part shall do with the destruction of the tomb as proposed by his malignance, Dr. Klein.
It is my belief as Dr. Coma that we should use this chance in order to raise world - wide tension as well as extend our infamy and wealth. "

Henchman: Robotic Assistant
Model: Coma Information Robot 015
Bio: One of the very first information relay robots , this henchman is used by Dr. Coma for recon and other missions where it may be needed to gather information and transfer them directly to Dr. Coma's terminal. Capable both of normal recon missions and scientific ones through the use of tools intergrated inside the robot. This is the only surviving of the model, since the others were scrapped for being too expensive to mantain, even though they were capable. Nevertheless, while ambitious, Dr. Coma often lacks foresight when delving into the weird realm of mad science.

Someone has to make a diversion you say? I live for those!

Oh Dr. Comb, you've made me the happiest girl at the prom!

(( Just a question Tapscott, how would this work? Would it be a plot order sent by many people or a normal order? ))

Winter and Scarlet shared a look, the doctorr had been ooglizing at them since they had walked in, so scarlet loosened her heavy black jacket and traditional scarf, smiling at him, but her voice strong and determined. "Dmitri Grekov is the concern." she said with a heavy accent "What care do I have for Egyptian trinkets, and why would I wish to parade around my activities with.." she looked around the room "Hooligans." she shook her head, her red hair swaying gracefully. "No, I want that man dead. I have seen him, I know him, if you cannot provide this, then I suppose I will have to leave." she pouted at the word, and looked at the doctor with puppy-dog eyes.

Caesar held his gaze on the doctor, not deterred by the Slavic barbarian girls.

"Assuming we use Dr. Coma's plan, then I will commit some of my troops to the cause. I can send some Praetorians to help scout out the area, and my Legionnaires can assist with the destruction of the tomb. If given enough time, I am sure one of my most loyal followers, the Aedificator, can produce some rather large bombs to destroy the tomb."

Captain Obvious clears his throat, obviously quite nervous to be in such lofty company.

"Now, I'va always liked to read about Ancient Egypt and I've never been there and I would really love to go but... Wouldn't it make more sense from a long-term investment perspective to simply go over there and take over the site? Then we could open it up to all the researchers in the world and to the public and we could make it quite cheap, but then we would force people to take a really long path to get to the actual good stuff and we'd sell them drinks at ridiculous prices!"

Feeling the mood of the room growing a few degrees colder, Captain Obvious wisely decides to shut up. This Evil Genius business is quite difficult, perhaps he'd better just go along with Klein's plan.
