I hope I can recreate the Visigoth Kingdom, ride down to Rome and resurrect the Ostrogoths and create the Gothic Empire! :D
Also I hope that this expansion which seems to build upon Old Gods, adds alot more events and flavor to the other cultures/religions other than just Norse/Catholic.

Don't forget conquering Crimea, there were Goths, too. :)

Based on the cultural map here, it doesn't seem like the Crimean Goths are included. Which really sucks, since more than other time later than that, they were quite prominent in the region. And were far more long lasting than all of the other Goths.
If the article on Wikipedia is correct, they still existed in the 16th century. It would be nice, if there was at least one province inhabited by them. :)

I wonder if its because the Crimean Goths weren't ever the majority in the region. I do wish there was a pie graph statistics in Crusader Kings. Similar to Victoria 2 that shows you percentage of culture/religion in any province. Would be pretty neat!

This is exactly the type of behaviour that Paradox expect from us players. In each new "big" DLC: "Wow now I'll invade the world with a fanatic Buddhist/Norse Scot/Pagan Greek/Zoroastrian Shah etc...
Ok. It can be fun. Just like invading Westeros as a Targaryen.
BUT it's absolutely not what taht game is meant to be. It's a feudalism simulator. World conquering (or things like reform the Roman/Persian Empires) are just bonus. And it's also somthing you'll do only one time.

I don't understand how people can still be exited about that. A lot more events? Don't hope too much. There was not so many events in the other religions than the norse paganism (which is overloved by the devs, they must have mixed with Runemaster). And for the flavor, nothing tells us it will be so amazing. Just look at RoI, which is just terrible for that.
