Sorry if this is the wrong location, I looked and I did not see a specified troubleshoot section on the forum. I am an avid CKII player that just purchased Victoria II via Steam. I had no problems with the installation. However, during the game loading process the game abruptly closes and displays the following error message:
"File exception: exception in: virtualfilesystem.cpp, line: 602. Description: The system cannot find the file specified."
I have included a screenshot of my desktop below. I am currently running the game on a Toshiba Satellite S855 with Windows 8. I am not very good with computers so I figured I would try the forum. Any advice is very much appreciated.
