As even in far off Russia, we are into 1 June, it is time to announce the winners of the best V2 AARs for the 1st quarter of 2014! I should note turnout for these awards was exceedingly poor, and a fantastic game like Victoria II deserves better. MOAR VOTES NEXT TIME!

Our second place winner is magritte2, for his continuation of the History of the World Megacampaign! He took seven votes.
Our 2013 NewcomAAR of the Year, to nobody's surprise, also has the best Victoria II AAR for the first quarter of 2014: DensleyBlair earned eight votes for Biography of Great Men.
