Did you always have to actually convert the requisite provinces, in addition to just control them? Playing an Abyssinia game, I can't help but notice that the files say the trigger provinces have to be converted, in addition to just being held by the proper religion.

If this was introduced in RoI and not before (maybe I just got always lucky in that Alexandria hadn't converted away), I can't help but wonder why its more difficult to get a holy order in some cases, while, in others (Nestorian) you get it for free...

Holy orders have their historical dates now as well (and you have always needed the provinces to be converted as well as far as I remember)
