Episode 22: We're finally in a good position. Our empire is mighty, we've withstood relentless attacks, and we've launched some relentless attacks. Episode 36: We march our armies out in the treacherous steppes to support our allies against the hordes. Many soldiers starve, but it's all for the good of the faith.
Episode 37: A sudden influx of sicknesses/mysterious plots kills off 4 of the current emperors 5 children, including the intended heir. Suddenly, it's looking bleak for the Gute dynasty.

Episode 44: The shattering of the Golden Horde left behind a whole host of minor Buddhist states. Now the time has come for the steppe people to unite their crowns.
Episode 45: The last of the Hordes arrive, and it's Timur himself. He takes on more than he can chew when he invades Byzantium right of the bat. Though him being a faithful Buddhist allows our meddling in the war!
Episode 49: The Timurids have been in decline for a long time now, but after receiving reinforcements from the east, they're back in the saddle once more.
We leave the middle ages behind and enter the age of exploration - our goal is to find a westwards route to India, ancestral home of our Buddhist religion, but who knows what we will find?
A brief overview of the Gute dynasty, before we leave it all behind to EU4's random system:
