This perhaps is a stupid question, but how exactly do you change Investiture Laws? I swear that before the patch and SoA, you could freely switch to either Papal Investiture or Free once during your reign as a crown law (meaning you either switch that or crown authority), but now I seem unable to do so; I am always stuck on Free Investiture... So is there a way to change it without needing the event where the Pope asks me to?
