I don't mean to break the forums rules about bumping my own thread but...

The Steam customer support was unable to solve the issue so far.
It's been almost 1 month that I bought this game, and Steam has never downloaded the full game (there's no EXE file in the kingarthurii folder).
The kingarthurii folder's size is exactly 647 MB (678,471,595 bytes) which is way too small to contain the complete game data (Exe files aside).

I don't ask for a refund, I just want to play the game.

Steam downloaded the missing gigas of files, and now the game works fine.

I'm having this exact same issue right now after purchasing the game via the Indie Gala. I don't suppose you ever found out what was causing the problem?

Same problem here. King Arthur collection recently acquired :

I tried every trick in the book :
- Reinstalling Steam > failure.
- Deleting and reinstalling the game 3 times > The result remains the same.
- Lurk the Steam forums for an answer > No clear response on the issue, and many people seem to struggle to obtain a registration key too > http://steamcommunity.com/app/24480/discussions/0/846944689732103651/

I am disappoint.

To register the game on the forums, use the Steam key (if you purchased it through the indie gala/bundle).

If you only get a 690MB file, try removing local content for the game by right clicking it in the steam library. Then delete any files related to KA2 from your user/steam folders manually. Then restart Steam and reinstall. Please let me know how that works out.
