Just bought CK2 + DLC pack "Collection" from Gamersgate.

What order to install please?

There's only patch 1.06 and 1.06b on Gamersgate. Where to get 1.07?

Install 1.06, then 1.06b, then update through the launcher, then install DLCs

you can probably just update throughh the launcher as each new patch contains the previous patch files, i think.

That is correct, you only ever need the current patch. Links to all patches for GG are available in the Tech Support forum.

"install order" is soooo 1990s.

Just start launcher, have it update everything, and you're set.
