ok, so if I see that lumber price is really dropping, and then I buy a bunch of it at lets say 1.00...and then open my stockpile up to my fellow country men...
then the price drops even lower to lets say .90...is the computer smart enought to buy it from the open market and not my stockpile, and then when the price goes up to lets sat 1.10...will it then buy it from my stockpile?

also when it buys from my stockpile..what price will it pay? I am assuming the price I paid?

You can easy earn money in this transaction, if all goods your selling find someone to buy it. If not, you earn money only from selled goods, and rest is wasted.
And computer(other counties) can't buy from your national stockpile, only from world market.
 
rest is wasted???? shouldnt it just stay in my stockpile and build up....
lets say wood is really cheap...if i buy 1000 peaces of it, then open my stockpile up, my people should buy it from me, and when they get there full i just keep the rest in my stockpile until they need more..correct...
what do you mean by the rest is wasted?
