I recently started on Victoria 2 when my friend told me it was the best game he have ever played, as usual i thought he was exaggerating but now i think hes absolutely right.

Anyway i play France and he play Austria and im constantly sending war subsidies to him when i can, but its not enough and its random how much i can send, i do not want to cheat or trigger a event just so i can send him more.

The only thing we have modified is how fast we gain influence, so we dont have to constantly monitor the SoI's.

You could change the value in your common\defines.lua to:
Code:
WARSUBSIDIES_PERCENT = 1.0, -- How many percent of imports you are going to pay each day(mil. constructions and mil. maintainence)
(1.0 = 100%)
