The Peace of Königsberg
Desiring to end the hostilities in the East and return to normal relations,
Hoping to build a sustainable peace,
Hoping to build a framework for a peaceful Eastern Europe,
The signatory powers agree to the following terms:
I. Congress Poland and the Brest-Litovisk region will be merged into a new Polish state that is in political union with Germany
II. The Austro-Hungarian Empire's Eastern boundaries will be adjudicated by a commission, composed of coalition countries, at later date.
III. The following nations will be created from the Russian Empire:
i. A United Baltic nation composed of the Duchies of Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia
ii. A White Russian nation ((Modern day Belorussia))
iii. A Ukrainian nation ((Modern day Moldovia & Ukraine))
iv. A Finnish nation composed of the Grand Duchy of Finland
IV. The national debt of the Russian Empire will be assumed under the following conditions:
i. Russian debt will be written down by 33% ((2,467,000,000 RM from 3,700,000,000 RM))
ii. The United Kingdom will assume 1,000,000,000 RM of this amount.
iii. The Austro-Hungarian Empire will assume 200,000,000 RM of this amount
iv. The German Empire will assume the remainder (1,267,000,000 RM)
V. The Russian Empire will reduce all tariffs of coalition trade to a maximum of 10% for a period of no less than 10 years.
