I am playing as Romania and I already Reasearched all the nucular technologies and I got ICBM's and 15 nukes, I upgraded my nucular reactor all the way but i cannot use nukes, it never pops up when i launch an ICBM or A bomber plane, can some one tell me how to fix this? and is it possible for a country like the united kingdom to Collaps by being bombarded with Nukes?

1. Select the aircraft you wish to load a nuke into
2. Right next to "Disband Unit" button there is the option to load nuke
3. Now "Nuke" should be the only action your aircraft could do.

There is an event, IIRC, that disbands the British Empire and hands it over to Canada if it gets nuked enough.

I also find nukes very useful in destroying doom stacks.

A Secret Tech, Nuclear Waste Bomb. You must finish the other nuke techs completely.

Just to start building nukes, you need to have five reactors built, as well. It's a very expensive process that is really only viable as the U.S..
