The same question goes to Sweden...

What's is Sweden stance towards the invasion of Korea by the Empire of Japan?

The Swedish Government has no objection whatsoever to the acquisition of colonies, so long as said colonies are run with the mission to civilise in mind, and therefore provide benefit to both the coloniser and the colonised.

Whilst we do not and will never support colonisation in the style of the Spanish conquest of the Americas, we point nations towards the examples of Canada and Australia as successful examples of colonisation, and applaud the British and the locals on their hard work and good progress.

Furthermore, we should ask the Tsar to answer our question. Will he require a shipment of cough syrup, which we will readily provide if needed.

The United States of America

The United States of America is curious if the Russian Empire is attempting to provoke further war when it is already besieged on two fronts. Furthermore, it desires that peaceful resolution to the current can be found in a similar matter to that of Balkans.

To Sweden:

In that case, from what Sweden has stated a priori, the Kingdom of Sweden is against the invasion of Korea, that is far away from the British way in Canada and Australia and closer to the Spanish conquest of America. A small sovereign nation, that may lack the modern industries of Europe, but is yet far richer in culture than many other nations in the world. Oh, and for the cough syrup shipment, the Czar accepts it and donate it to the hospitals of Sweden.

To USA:

If, starting arguments about different points of view using diplomatic cables is reason to start a war, then we are fearing huge conflicts to come. Nevertheless though we are facing a two front war, that doesn't mean we will remain silent. And for the peace, Germany peace offering is created a Free State of Poland composed only by Russian land, thus creating further conflict in the future, while Japan has rejected all initiatives regarding starting peace talks. Their motives to reject this is to be respected in Europe by the use of weapons.

We will ask that the Tsar avoid passing moral judgement on matters. He is far from qualified to do so.

Furthermore, we thank President Roosevelt for his comments. The Swedish Government is trying to walk softly and carry a big stick, although from the Russian attitude we can see that this stick is perhaps not big enough.

All that were in fact actions made by Germany, or Bulgaria thinks that the invasion of Russia made by Germany, is not Germany action? Mhm...complex ideas flowing through Bulgaria...

(cof cof cof)

"And secondly, what is Bulgaria stance towards the invasion of Korea by the Empire of Japan? "

Also, we explained what we done, Greece showed that it was true, and you never answered back, you just thanked Greece.

We will reply to the Russians if they want. You offered to mediate but it was not required therefore you did not mediate in the conflict. Our stance to the invasion of Korea is that Japan is simply protecting them from Russian annexation. Is it not better for Asia to be ruled by the Asians? The invasion of Russia is a German action. But "warmongering" is not, neither is causing instability in the Balkans, invading sovereign nations without excuse, hypocrisy or so called "Teutonis Hipocraticus", lack of honor and forcing the Dutch to withdraw from the treaty of Paris.

The Kingdom of Serbia fails to see the point made by Bulgaria that Russia has been the source of instability in the Balkans in recent years. We recall the flipflopping attitude of Bulgaria and the irresponsible actions of the Turks being responsible for that. If there is somehow some piece of information that we have not been informed of, but which Bulgaria has, then we request to be granted access to that vital piece of intelligence.

We never said that Russia destabilized the Balkans. As for Bulgaria's flipflopping attitude. We have simply attempted to finalize our borders so that we can return to peace in the Balkans.

Bulgaria is speaking non-sense. Japan invading Korea so they are not invaded by Russia? Korea even signed the Treaty of Seoul with us to get protected from Japanese aggression.
Bulgaria foreign ministry is really messed up.

The Kingdom of Greece agrees to Serbia. If Bulgaria hadn't been flip flopping as much as they had, a quicker solution would have been possible in the Balkans. However we hope that stability is finally assured and wish for no further instability in the region.
Clearly Russia has no intent in annexing Korea, but Japan has. If the Bulgarian ambassador would be so keen to give proof for his statement, then we might have to reconsider our statement.

As we have received no reply yet, the Swedish Government shall again ask if the Tsar would like a shipment of cough syrup. We are happy to provide one.

The Russians claim to care about the Koreans and their interests as a a people, yet they are blockading their shores, preventing any sort of supplies from reaching the villages. It is in my opinion that food, water and medical supplies are more important than a slight advantage in warfare, which is why Japan has pledged not to interfere in any shipping, even letting French shipments arrive in Korea. If you cared so much about about the people won't you at least allow the essential supplies to life reach them, or are you to cold-hearted and selfish to allow that?

The Swedish Government is not sure what the Italians are referring to.

It is true that spam is eaten in many places around the world, and that naturally, due to our climate, ours can become quite icy. However, we are not sure why the Italians wish our eating of spam to stop, nor shall we comply with any such request.

To answer the Japanese delegate. The Imperial Russian Navy is just blocking Japanese supply ships, any neutral ship that wishes to trade with Korea is free from doing so. Life of Koreans is bad right now for having half of their country essentially occupied by YOU, an invading nation that seeks a new source of raw resources to supply you ever growing war machine. Korea knows we are here to defend them, that's why they signed the Treaty of Seoul, Russian troops in Korea have the allowance of the Korean's government and they know that when the conflict is over we will go back to Russia, leaving a sovereign and independent nation behind.

Why don't we ask the Korean government opinion about this?
