We are pleased to hear that Bulgaria shares our point of view concerning these incidents.
To answer the question the Bulgarian Government asked: While the Russian government is right, in the point that it wanted to solve this dispute as quick as possible and made an offer to mediate, in the end, such a thing was not necessary, as a quick solution could be found directly between our countries.

People, please. If you are speaking OOC in the thread, please make it explicit. Sure, most people use colours for IC, but it helps for clarity if we each declare OOC.

Writing like this is OOC. Only coloured posts are IC. Not really that hard to notice.

Posting "OOC:" before a message is a custom, not a rule, and it should stay that way because "OOC:" makes posts seem silly as fuck. Everyone with half a brain can differentiate between IC and OOC.


And reis: If you're going to be bitches like that, play it without me.

The Empire of the Great Qing shall hereby throw off the shackles of the previous century, and declares war upon the Russian Empire. For too long Russia has bullied its way across the globe – Not only in the Far East, where they stole millions of acres of our own lands, but also in Central Asia, taking lands from the natives and ourselves. Indeed, they continue to push into Manchuria, demanding further rights with every passing year. Therefore, while the Japanese were only recently our opponents, we applaud their defiance of Russian Imperialism, and state our support for them against the Russian bear.

Is this the time the United Kingdom should mobilize for war in preparation for China throwing off shackles against us? Should we take no chances and destroy your navies and occupy any islands? Is it time to rally the forces of the Empire and the Commonwealth to prepare and defend our assets and positions in and around China? This is a very disturbing and very rash action on the part of the Qing government.

From the West...

GERMANY:

Well know for it's military tradition, huge standing army, advanced military weaponry and top military chain of command. Though feared by many, a combined number of factors shook the trust of Germany on their army at the battle of Lodz and Warsaw. Only the enigmatic Kaiser at Berlin knows what it will do next.


And from the East....


JAPAN:

A new world power that appeared in Asia. Influenced by nationalism, militarism and imperialism, the Empire of the Rising Sun has adopted aggressive policies towards expansion in Asia in their wake to acquire resources to fuel their growing war machine. Possessing a considerable army, their true strength relies in it's ever growing navy. Ironically in the last year of conflict it's army did very well while it's navy failed to achieve it's goals.


CHINA:

The newest of our enemies who joined their ranks in a clear show of opportunism and ambition. It's declaration of war was not a complete surprise to Russian militarists, after allowing Japanese troops access through their territory it was clear which side they were. It's army is considered the most primitive, it really strength lies in numbers, shall the Chinese Dragon beat the Russian Bear?


The darkest days are arriving to Russia, yet we shall no falter or let them scare us to submission, for we faced similar challenges before and we always were triumphant. People of the Russian Empire! To arms! Make the invaders pay for every inch they step in into Russian soil! Let them know what we are made of!

We echo the words of the British Government, and express our curiosity as to whether the Qing Emperor isn't actually just a puppet of his counterpart in Tokyo, as he is definitely acting like one.
 
It depends on whether the people of the United Kingdom value friendship and honour. While we have been foes in the past, as we have indicated with the Japanese, we are a people prepared to move on from past grievances. Over time, we have come to consider the British people worthy of our respect, and we do not wish blood to be spilt between our people. Our wars are in the past, while the Russians only a few months ago intended to march tens of thousands of men across our sovereign territory.

Furthermore the Spa...wait no, French government show their insanity. It is an accept fact that the Empress Dowager is currently regent for the Emperor. Which 'he' do they refer to? We do not accept insults well. At least the Qing are not cowards. We do not make a declaration of war likely, and when we do we follow through. The French have already shown that their actions are munch quieter than their words.
 
If you're doing something in Asia or you're an Asian nation send me ya orders. If you're a decent human being send them within 24 hours so I can put aside some time to write them.
