After a very long wait, without any patch for the U.S Cities expansion, I saw a post by gebbiz. It looks like CO created a patch, but it was never released.
This post was made after a very long time of complete silence from the devs.
So, if there is a patch, where did it get stuck? I contacted Steam support, but the only answer I got until now is how to make sure that the game is updated. If other gamers will contact steam about this problem they will understand that this issue is not a local problem, but a global one. This way we will be able to get steam to check if they are the ones who "lost" the patch.
