Yeah. It failed the first time, but then went through. I think Steam just glitched out for a while. Maybe it doesn't like leap years.

I'm always happy for more Metro trains but still no New York trains? They missed the boat again but there's always hope for NYC metros DLC!
dont the new york ones look extremely similar to the one form chicago or something that is in one of the dlc's?
Yeah it's odd how they did this one. When I modified the tram to have a higher capacity, I just changed the first cab, as it was a lot simpler.
I don't think there is any real consistency in vehicle capacities anymore. The standard game and the first three DLCs, yes. But after that, not so much. The Tatra T600 in Player's Choice is only one car long yet has the same capacity (30) as the City T13 and the Railcad Volatio. The even smaller Modern Cable Car in US Cities has a capacity of 32!
You forgot about Toyoka Juutai (24), EvoUrban (26), City Trolley (25), Toyoka Ogon F-46 (27), all of this four vehicles are only single deckers.
I would also like to see a NYC vehicle DLC. Also possibly include the staten island ferry or some kind of orange boat. I would even pay extra up to $10, if we could get more than 5 vehicles in the pack.

It's as if the devs decided that the original scale for vehicle capacities was too small, so the new vehicles have a larger capacity scale, but they didn't update the old vehicle capacities.
