My Sage main character just got to level 16 and I was really excited to get meteor and chain lightning. Unfortunately when I went into my next battle I had no icon at the bottom of the screen to cast chain lightning. Meteor showed up and worked okay. I tried a second battle and still no chain lightning cast icon. I am not sure if this is an issue with a max number of abilities and I went over it or if my game is just bugged.
