The Mexican republic announces the initiation of a stability program. For years now corruption, instability, crime and a multitude of social and economic troubles had blocked Mexican progress and thus problematised action truly within her interest. No more.
Substantial investments will be made into reforming and making truly independant the judiciary, controlled and judged by itself. The policeforce too will be up for expansion and revision. The ministry of justice will call into being improved educational systems to train and educate police forces in properly keeping the peace, maintaining order and upholding the law and nothing but the law. Additionally an internal chamber will be called into being where policebehaviour can be judged if considered illegal or corrupt by citizens. Again this new institution will be manned by specialists in law who shall be granted a great deal of independance though answer in turn to ethic codes and are publicly expected to answer for their actions for a comite of experts.
In the field of foreign affairs Mexico is proud to report it is in talks with the US regarding a mutual defence pact and tradeagreement. We would like to initiate talks with the Confederate states of America and the Guatemalan government to open perspectives of trade.
