I watched the movie, and it is great! It is not a stupid American comedy, it has healthy dose of humor. And in the end, it is deep and emotional, more than some "serious" films.
But, that aside, I would like to see this mod for HOI. To add Moon as a map, and game to start in 1945.
You start as a Forth Reich, and have a tech tree that will alowe you to survive on the moon, like Helium 3 plants, food and oxygen plants, mining, building and so on. Totally new tech tree for The Fourth Reich!
As units:
Ground:
Standard infantry
Unfinished tank designs
Air:
Horton aircraft designs (fighter and bombers)
Naval:
No units of their own (it's hard to bring them from the moon), but they can capture in some big ports.
And adding space units (and some space territories between Moon and Earth):
Flying Saucer
Zeppelin Carrier (with smaller saucers and transport capacity for invading Earth) with ability Meteor Bombing if tech Meteor Blitzkrieg is done, witch is like nuke strike.
Gotterdammerung, super weapon, able to fire once a month, destroying all in one territory, including forces.
It is hard to make this, maybe impossible on this engine, plus needs a lot of balancing. But hey, MOON NAZIS, what is there not to like?!
