Looks interesting, although I was hoping we'd see some fixes that would tone down the Golden Horde.

Looks great. I was hoping for a fix for the unconquerable Japan thing though, actually just hoped for better interaction with Japan as an outsiders

Looks great! Though I'm surprised the hordes are left unchanged, this being one of the major points of improvements as far as Im concerned.

I also add that 5.0 launched from steam still works.

I get the same issue, I have a Gamersgate copy though, not steam.

Also having this problem with my Gamersgate copy (says I'm missing lua51.dll).

Followed the same install process I used for the last beta:

1. Make a copy of my clean DW 5.0 folder
2. Extract the patch over the top
3. Delete the contents of the \map\cache directory.
4. Create a new desktop icon for eu3game.exe, and set the game to run as an admin (have tried disabling this, too)
