A few odd things in the 1938 scenario.
1. Germany starts with cores on parts of Poland. Germany is demanding those provinces and being given them fairly frequently. Because they include Danzig it then prevents the Danzig or war event firing.
2. UK is missing the first 2 Light Carrier techs, weird as they have both of these in the 1936 scenario - and they have examples of both in active commision.
3. Japanese aircraft carrier Akagi is mislabelled as Agaki.
