I am running an ATI Radeon 2600HD card under Windows 7 and have missing textures in your game. Unfortunately this makes it so that I can see through the walls, ceiling and floors of the game and makes it difficult to use the cursor to navigate. The game is pretty much unplayable. Is there anything I can do to fix this other than updating my drivers? Steam support will not allow me a refund unless I come here and prove that I have tried your tech support first.

For what it's worth , I thought it looked like kind of an interesting game. A sort of 3-D Mortimer Beckett/ hidden object game and it was a real deal on steam. It just doesn't seem to want to run on my system.

Welcome to the fora.

I just want to say that you should do all you can to get the game working because its bloody worth it. I myself had a few very minor problems ingame, which were sorted once I updated to the latest game patch. I suspect that you probably have something similar, but maybe with the gfx drivers.

If you have a spare hour or so, youd do well to try to find the solution to your issue at the developer forum.

This specific thread mentions the same card that you are using. Perhaps read this thread and post back here if you need any advice, or point of view.
