Well, this is my AAR of how i set out, and still continue, to put Africa under total Zulu rule. I've had enough of doing ridiculous things with European countries, colonising America with Norway, turning Russia into the Soviet Union and bringing Europe Eastern under my rule.

No, this time i'm going to turn the entire African continent into a Zulu haven. I will destroy any other nation on this continent that opposes me... for their own good of course... What? What's wrong with that? The Europeans did the same in real life...

Anyway... If there is one alteration i am going to make before i start it's this. I'm going to rename Kongo and make it Angola, and then change the flag... well... we don't want a boring flag now do we?

So, here we go. Into a game where i will endeavour to conquest the surrounding nations, and burn my opposition in a frenzy of activity!

So i was rather dissapointed when i had to wait for 87 years before i could even colonise one province. Just my luck to pick the only country totally oblivious to everyone else in the world... Looks like im destined to slowly crawling towards the unknown in the distance... i shall just have to dance round tree trunks and pray the Europeans don't discover Africa too quick...

Ok zen... here is the situation. It's the year 299. The coast of Africa is virtually mine on the west side whilst it only extends a quarter up on the east side since it hit's the Timurid Empire (a super power as you will see once i get some pictures working). The area normally dominated by morroco is mine due to a number of successful wars. But now things are about to get interesting. I have spent the last ten years building up my forces into a surrounding strategic wall around Mali, the only other significant presence on this continent. Once they are crushed my vistory will come swiftly!

Here it goes, declare war. This is what happened:

Immediate panic! What have i just done! There are so many other things i could have done in preperation for this! What was i thinking! Why is this cup cake wrapper in my printer? Oh well, one mystery solved. Right then, back to fighting.

I send half my forces into the deep heart of Africa to secure their fortless provinces and the other half along the western coast to destroy their armies, their really really big armies... more reinforcements from the North i think... Ha ha! my first victory!... against natives... dam... right. Their armies are engaged my troops in deep Africa are securing provinces Ooooo i've discovered Tyumen in Russia; NO stay focused!

Aha! My first real victory Futa Jallon is mine! Their forces scatter and i lay seige! Tea and biscuits for all! Now if the reinforcements from the North get here in time i can completely route their resistance...

Dammit... resistance in deep Africa... Destroy!.... Destroyed! Now, my second main assault force attacking THEIR second defense force is losing... reinforcements immediatly! It's imperative! Ha Ha! their first defense force has been beaten back yet again in the province of... Jenne? Jenne! What kind of silly name is that in an African province... honestly.

Yipee! Their first defence has finally been routed, now with reinforcements closing they have no chance... And now their pathetic resistance in the heart of Africa is crushed... *giggle* And now my reinforcements from the North have arrived... my weakened reinforcements after dragging themselves across desert and being assaulted against natives.... oops...

I was defeated in Cayor?!?! What madness is this? On the lighter side... i've beaten down a fort whoopee!

And now i've lost in Jenne?!?! Stupid province! Mercenaries onwards! And now i've retaken Cayor... what next? Yay i won in Zuzzu!.... wheres that... oh there it is. And now Futa Jallon is mine! Good bye fort!... hello 11285 angry Africans staring at my from the next province... Eeep! enemies beaten back into Sierra Leone! Mercaneries!

They seized it.... i can't beleive it... Thats it! Your being annexed! Hmmm... a concentrated assault in Bambuk... they must be desperate... i must focus on this complete... ohhh i took Gabu... what was i doing again... it's a bit hectic isn't here isn't it? Oh yeah Bambuk... let's see what happens... They took Grain Coast!!!!!Sierra Leone is under my control now but i can't seize it back...

Whooo.... Bambuk is safe... Eeep! I lost the battle for Jenne... and the battle for Grain Coast... a peace offer... hmmm... they will surrender some provinces... Never! I want more! and convieniently i just took Grain Coast...

Now, i know that you must all love reading about everything that i do but lets just cut it short. I won smoothly, apart from a ghost army sieging my city... there must be something to this Zulu magic after all... But i have taken the inner heart of Africa, three more phases and they will all be mine...
