In the real world many houses is located at the end of a road, but in this game it is not possible to zone this area, or plop anything here. I would like to draw rural roads just to one house (or a unique building), but now I have to place that building at one of the sides of the ending part of the road.

That is an excellent proposal. - and then add some 9x4 tiles really imposing looking buildings to place/spawn at the end of roads.

as far as zoning goes it would be nice if it wasnt just ONE strip of zoneable land at the end of the road. i wish we could zone our own land out like in sim city.
