Zombie-virus bombardment and Zombie Apocalypse Colossal weapon

Exactly what you have thought about after looking at the title. A new type of bombardment stance that deals limited damage, but also turns pops into zombies (so that after conquering the planet you would get one with zombie pops) and a Colossus weapon that lets you turn the population of an entire planet into zombies.

Both would be available to Cordyceptic Drones, Reanimators and Permanent Employment empires.

Ideally it would also be available to a new Fanatic Zombifiers civic - a type of genocidal xenophobic empire that seeks to turn all other species in the galaxy into zombies.

Throw in a chance to transform one of the defense armies into a hostile zombie army during the bombardment.
I like the fanatic zombifiers as an idea for a cordycepic hive mind/necrophages/death cult xenophobes. Not everyone will be eater or assimilated, some will be enslaved as walking corpses.
