This is truly odd - Could it be a size related issue? We have had some infrastructural shenanigans going on that's impacted upload of large files, so might this be the issue?

Indeed - The infrastructure guys have been wrangling deployment stuff and the plan is to have the "large uploads don't work" issue fixed early next week in accordance with the old "no deployments on Fridays" adage.
I don't remember offhand when the EUIV team has requested that it be made available, but I'll get back on the matter on Monday.
Might have to do with size limitations - Fix for that incoming in the next few days. I'll get back to you when the deed is done!
Finally! The "large uploads" fix is live and should allow files <= 1GB to be uploaded to PDX Mods. Files in excess of one gig might need manual approval, so the publishing process will be longer for those. Thank you for your patience!
Hi! You'll need to set a thumbnail picture as well. The easiest way to do that is to use the web interface - Like so:

Probably some kind of local caching issue with the web app. Did you try a ctrl-F5 refresh of the page? It appears others see your thumbnail anyway...

Good to hear! A tip: The "recommended version" should probably be 1.29.* instead. The launcher is a bit particular about its glob expansion at present, and 1.29.*.* is probably always going to show up as the wrong version
