Zendesk/support sign in trouble

I'm trying to sign in at Paradox' Zendesk support thingy, but the buttons that says "Sign in" don't work, they just seem to redirect back.
I didn't find a better place than this forum to ask for help, sorry if I should have put this somewhere else.

Zendesk uses the same login as here, so I don't understand why you have such trouble.

What if you go direct to paradox.zendesk.com ?

Trying another browser (Firefox instead of Chrome) solved the problem. Do you by chance know if Zendesk requires that you allow third party cookies or something like that?

I'd be surprised if it didn't want to use them, but I don't know whether it actually requires them, no, sorry.
