Yugoslavian update??

Honestly, I don't think so. Some major powers (Italy and USSR) still need a re-work. And the next update will be Greece, Bulgari and probably Turkey.
I mean Yugoslavia still doesnt have voices for soldiers and still have small focus tree and they can add this things to Yugoslavia in next DLC like they added Blackshirts in Britain in Man the Gun(just my opinion
)
They Should, and so should every country of DoD DLC get patching and fixing, and a general update. AI Czechoslovakia for example being unable to change ideologies on its own is big issue. with simple fix being that they get their ideology boosting minister automatically when taking left or right ideology focus path. Same with AI being unable to properly use and ask for licenses is another.

Sadly I'd imagine they're not going to be updated any time soon... considering how Paradox does things.

I would be surprised even if they did Poland. Since they can say like they have focus tree, it is your problem that you don't like it, if you want new one go make mod for it, they made whole dlc for one country, why would they do new one? Yugo sadly won't have rework, maybe I might make mod for them, but no official stuff is going to them. I would like IMRO to be also for Yugo
I think Yugoslavia (rework) might has a slim chance to make it into the upcoming country pack.

I seem to remember reading ‘3-4 countries reworked’ somewhere... hopefully any ambiguity means country packs will include minor tweaks to other country packs. I’m probably just dreaming, though.
I think there's a chance Yugoslavia might get some new events with the country pack, but I'm not too optimistic for a full tree revisal

Yes, they said 4 countries. For now we know about Greece and Bulgari, and I bet Turkey will be there for sure (restore the Ottoman Empire?) so the fourth country can be Yugoslavia... or Italy. Albania could be too, but since Italy annex it through event it's unlikely.
I think something they will do in the approaches of the first two dlcs they may not call it rework but they said in the reddit interview that those countries will receive a certain revision and the developers are aware that there are many complaints about those approaches and they are very bad in most and they do not take advantage of the new mechanics and interactions that they are launching lately
No, they didn't say 4 countries. They said 3-4 countries and they also said minor nations, so Italy would be out even if they hadn't already said no Italy in this next 'Country Pack'. I'm also pretty sure if there is a 4th country that it won't be a country that already has a tree. Doesn't mean there won't be tweaks/minor changes to DoD countries like Yugoslavia/Hungary/Romania/Czechoslovakia since they border the countries that are involved in this DLC and most likely the next (1.11 'Barbarossa') DLC, but wouldn't expect much.
I thought they said 4, anyway there'll be two updates: 1.10 and 1.11. My guess is that Italy rework will be released with the 1.10 update, along the other minor countires. For 1.11 'Barbarossa' the USSR rework.
4 or 5 Countrys dosen´t matter. We know that the Balkan-States get finished and that´s an important step forward for the Game.
Bulgaria, Greece are a must have in it. I personaly think they get in Turkey too as well as Slowakia after it seperate from Sudetnland and the other Part Germany get. Maybe some fixes in other Focuses.

Slovakia isn't getting a focus tree. It doesn't even exist at the start of the game.
Don't Free France and Vichy France get focus trees even though they don't exist at the start of the game? Technically the same applies for all the actors in the Spanish Civil War as well. To be fair though, I think giving the French rump states focus trees was a waste of development effort, and it's just weird when they end up both occupying mainland France in one of the AI's many absurd peace deals.

I believe in certain cases, I think it is good to give a small tree of its own to states that do not exist at the beginning, such as Croatia, Iceland or Ukraine etc ..

Yep exactly kimidf. They need a small or medium one for it´s own.
I think the first big step for that will be done in Patch 1.11 "Barbarossa" and it´s DLC, because the countrys in the East-Block will get finished there (the 3 East-Sea-States, the 4 Skandiavia-States, Poland as well as Russia as Refit / Rework, seperating States like Slowakia, Ukraine etc. after outsourcing form the theoretical construct of the Versailles-Contracts.
And if we get lucky we get an fixing on the existing ones (Rumania, Yugoslavia and so on).

The upcoming patch will update the political branches for better interaction with BftB nations.
