With all the DLC the new Yugoslavia tree has some bugs. When re-uniting all of the puppets the militia units created in the puppets via the focuses do not become Yugoslavian units (if you requested them as expeditionary units) and therefore cannot be resupplied and will eventually become useless. Also, the "protect Bosnia" focus does not spawn the three militia units as described.
