This map will be resized so that I can fit the insane amount of small provinces necessary. It's going to be big as big as needed. :)

And it will certainly not be made with any biased provinces, since I know nearly nothing of the conflict and I need advice from all of you guys. (Country X won't have low provinces so that it's easy to conquer, there has to be lots of provinces, victory point provinces and too few soldiers to occupy them all within a year.)
 
Western Bosnia, Republika Srpska, Bosnian-Herzegovinan Federation and Brcko (or however it's spelled) added. Good news is, the smallest provinces are about the size of a counter, so this map doesn't have to be resized more than necessary to fit counters/sprites (I assume counters since sprites are a bit outdated for 1990's.)

Hey guys again. I've begun on Slovenia now and I've added these regions to the country, any more provinces I can add? (Sgt Optimus, you're a Slovene, right? Lucky for you, this time you can clearly give Slovenia more then 3 provinces like in E3 mod. :) )

I don't know much about Slovenia but it looks like it's enough provinces to make fighting there interesting.

These are the unofficial regions of Republic of Slovenia, I think they would do just fine, since there wasn't realy much of a war going on in Slovenia, 10 days of war all in all.

Can you mark with a dot where Ljubljana is? I will make an urban province for the capitals and (maybe) important cities.

Isn't it much better to end it 2001 because that's when the Macedonian conflict ended, basically ending the conflicts?
