As Germany, I'd like to accomplish some modest goals:
First, to reunite with Germany all of its natural and traditional territory based on the principal of national self-determination, including Austria, South Tyrol, Istria, the Memellland, the Sudetenland, Danzig and the eastern territories occupied by Poland. The claim to Elsass-Lothringen was renounced at Locarno, but if France goes to war with Germany, then naturally that agreement made in the spirit of friendship is moot. It remains to be seen whether the Czechoslovak and Polish rump states will remain viable in the event of occupation, but Germany will not be the aggressor against them.
Second, to isolate and destroy international Bolshevism. I expect that forming an anti-Communist bloc in Europe, ideally with the preservation of an independent Finland and the Baltic States before war breaks out, will frustrate Soviet ambitions. Supporting China against Japan will place an ally on the Russian border, while not aligning myself with an enemy of Britain and France, against which I have no designs. Obtaining the support of Turkey and Persia are additional objectives. Then, when the Soviets attack, Germany will do whatever is necessary to force its capitulation and a restructuring of its government according to modern norms.
You'll note that I'm not following the lebensraum principle of territorial conquest, and accordingly hope that things may go a little smoother with France and Britain. (This will eliminate the need for naval rearmament!) Ideally, if they oppose Italy I will exploit the situation to take South Tyrol and Istria with international support.
