I agree, AI Austria in 1.15 seems more interested in annexing the princes one by one than uniting the HRE
Hate
Portugal. Always, always Portugal. They get everywhere, leaving swaths of Portuguese culture behind. They consistently ally with France and Spain making it impossible to remove them from they Americas or Africa or east Asia unless your already a European power. They consistently rampage in north Africa, converting and culture converting everything. And worst of all they game is just more fun without Portugal in the game as the one game they got wiped by Spain before they could colonize I actually got to see Brittany, Sweden, Norway and another nation or two actually colonize the new world making it a lot more dynamic and interesting.
I also dislike Denmark and Ming for always being successful whenever I'm playing very close to them.

The Hindu countries in India: because they usually get destroyed by the Muslim states, I enjoy seeing them succeed (plus Hindu is easier to convert)
Like/Hate
France/Austria/Spain: When they're your allies it's really nice, but even then they can get in your way and are a massive pain to take down.

Teutonic Order - been the first nation I properly played in EU3, had a soft spot for them ever since
Ming - they make it so easy and cheap to conquer China as an outsider it's just silly

Fun fact: Castile gets nearly as much morale as a tradition, and gets its 5% discipline as its first idea.
Love: Any HRE OPM who blobs up.

Hates: Muscovy; France & Ottomans, as game always seems to be set up for them to do well, whether lucky or not. I will never ally them.
Likes: Novgorod; Burgundy & Venice. In other word countries that are usually knocked aside by the above & need help. I will try to bring the above down if near them.
