Just a note to say that beta-testers will try to hang around the Valkyrienet forum as much as possible soon after release, so that new players who want to try out multi-player (or simply ask questions) have got someone to chat to. No promises as we all have real lives too, but lots of us would like to help you enjoy the game.

One option will be to play a battle scenario with a beta, chatting as you play about the different aspects; another could be a have a grand campaign with a micture of betas and non-betas playing cooperatively in the major countries.

Once the game is released, betas will obviously be free to talk about the game, though not about the beta process or anything that hasn't already been published on the boards about possible patches.

That sounds great. I have played HoI since the release of it, but I have never played HoI MP before. So I will be one of the persons who are going to need a little help..

Betas and Multiplayer

That's a great idea, Nick, and I will be sure to take advantage of it.

Thorek, you will not be disappointed. Get in with some good players, and a multiplayer HOI game is incredible. It's crack for history geeks.

Great news. I have not played HoI MP myself, but I might give HoI2 MP a try, especially since one can learn a lot.
