English and french at around 90-95%
Esperanto around 80%
Japanese, korean (nowhere near as good written, but about 40% speech)
Spanish, 50%
German, 20%
Latin, 40%
and I know the entire alphabet and ''released'' words of the dragon language from skyrim.

On the metric I use, 60% is ''average'' everyday conversation, 80% is fluent, 100% is masters in university.

Currently working on finishing japanese and korean so I can stop using subs in english,a nd start using subs in original languages, to practice faster.

That's difficult to predict, honestly. It comes down to several factors but this is only a question that could be answered by our legal department. I've sent them the info so they will take it from here. This type of asset stealing happens all too often with indie teams and studios where copyright laws don't apply. It becomes far more difficult to control when the government where the studio is located doesn't concern itself with such instances.

It's also been known to happen on accident when an artist or someone in marketing doesn't properly vet what they're using to promote their game. Personally, I like to give someone the benefit of the doubt but when it is as blatant as this and resources have been lifted from multiple titles/studios/artists, it's appears to be intentional.

You can tell by looking at West Africa, definitely Eu4 or extremely similar eu4 inspired. Either way it is obviously Paradox content.
