That's difficult to predict, honestly. It comes down to several factors but this is only a question that could be answered by our legal department. I've sent them the info so they will take it from here. This type of asset stealing happens all too often with indie teams and studios where copyright laws don't apply. It becomes far more difficult to control when the government where the studio is located doesn't concern itself with such instances.

It's also been known to happen on accident when an artist or someone in marketing doesn't properly vet what they're using to promote their game. Personally, I like to give someone the benefit of the doubt but when it is as blatant as this and resources have been lifted from multiple titles/studios/artists, it's appears to be intentional.

Unless you have a spot for inhouse childcare, or a desire to be harassed by a crazy cat lady/soccer mom while you are trying to do the code things you guys do, I highly doubt you could use me!

We have actually joked about that we need an office childcare because so many parents used to bring their kids to work.
