The Tutorial, Brazil {the biggest of the little guys, and probably self sufficient in rubber ;-) }, just to get the hang of the game (Boliva, Uraguay, Paraguay...of course! A war to unite the Portugese speaking people (Angola, Mozambique..)? Maybe. Sending troops to Europe? Who knows.

Either way, I'll be the 500 lb gorilla of South America by 1948.

Then, the Soviets, China, Germany, Italy, basically anyone but Great Britian (have to think that sounds like a masochists job).

Even though it presents some unique challenges, I think the benefits of Germany make it ideal for my first game. Apres the tutorial, of course. But I can't resist the thought of changing Germany's destiny, exploring its potential, and more than anything, seeing what yummy events wait in store for it. I wonder how many of the historical assassination attempts are in, and if one has the option of having one succeed ... The thought of von Beck or even Doenitz in control and that wacko Adolf six feet under sends anticipatory chills up my spine. My favorite general, Manstein, will be taking summers in Moscow and winters in Paris by '41!

I'll probably play France at first to figure out the game and all, then give Italy and the Kuomintang a shot... countries that aren't superpowers, but can still change the world with a bit of luck. I like having a reasonable amount of firepower but not necessarily being in the spotlight.

Im gonna play the first US to get some practice, I will build a huge airforce and join the allies at the start of the war. With a huge airforce of advanced bombers I will decimate both hitlers groundforces and his factorys. The war will be over by Christmas

I am going to play as France. Not beacuse i really like them, but because whenever i play world in flames, i always think that i could win as france, if only i wasnt limited by the amount of units.
