"Fight of opposites: -10% idea cost but... Caesar is againstp rogress - keep to the old warts" - Caesar was based on the hegelian idealism. Thesis appears, at its base there is the antithesis, as a result of the conflict between creates synthesis etc.

"Strict abstinence: +5% discipline i dont see how that works, and legion troops are not encouraged to be abstinent boy" - Hated of all drugs. Because the force needed other tribes who used drugs, turned a blind eye to it. With the development would have to force the resignation of them.

Actually, that could be quite an interesting one. Possibly a bit hairy at the beginning, as I've noticed Ming tends to take an interest in the island when other smaller Asian nations colonise Taiwan, but as long as you can avoid their attention at the beginning, a potentially fun game.

Limburg, just because I'm from there XD + I think it would be a perfect place to start a ahistorical campaign. It should be the same experience as playing Liege, Aachen, Cologne or Trier I guess, the only difference being that I'm playing with the province where I live. And that it will be a kingdom, now everything there is ruled by the church... Don't know which ideas to give it yet...

Also maybe +Improve Relations to help it get allies faster? Taiwan owes it's existence to the fact that The West wanted to kick a commie in the groin and decided to guarantee them (similar to how France guarantees Scotland to kick England in the groin).

Rather tempted to make the entirety of the Warhammer Fantasy Old World.... No clue where to start with the ideas but... If the creator allows custom nations to start in the HRE we got the Empire already. ONly real issues i see are Skaven and HIgh Elves since both are 'special'...
