Hi, what are your favorite Policies? Even with the permanent costs some of them are quite handy in my opinion.

My ones are:

The Vassal Integration Act. The minus 20% Integration costs are reducing the integration time and can also reduce more mp than the actual cost is, even if administration is more important than diplomacy. Also the required ideas, Administration and Influence, are taken in most of my games anyway.

The Preparation Act. The -25% attrition bonus is stacking nicely with the -25% from defensive which you need for this policy. Also Humanism, the second required Idea, is one of the strongest Ideas in the game. If this is combined with quality it is resulting in a max attrition of 2%. Attrition is the worst killer in most of my games so this is a real game changer for me, also Military Power is the most available power. Superior Supply Systems has also a - 25% modifier but I don't know if this would stack additional.

There are more but I don't want to make a thesis out of this.

Has there ever been a Policy Elimination Thread?

Argh, could a mod move this to EU4 folder...
