You should get a certain % of benefits from subjects/colonial nations’ monuments.

Like the title says I believe that you should get a certain percentage of the benefits if not all of them from your subjects monuments. because at the moment there is 0 reason for you to build the monuments in your vasssals or CNs despite the tool tip telling you to do it.

This reminds me of monuments in Crusader Kings II where the Top Liege controls monuments rather than vassals. It makes a lot of sense to me. Especially with the Colonial forts added which gives their overlord no additional bonuses.
