When you see ACTA, and think it is Anti-Piracy act, and as it is divine wind, you think it's useless.
This reminded me of my own moment.
You know you play too much EU3 when you hear of tensions between Turkey and Iraq and instantly start assessing Iraq's probability of survival based on its manpower limits and tech levels, and then come to the conclusion that it's woefully far behind in both, and lacks the fancy Turkish decisions to boot.
You know you play too much EU3 when you accidentally replace "Iran" with "Persia" in conversation about the modern country.
You know you play too much EU3 when you glance at a world map and find yourself briefly surprised to see Russia. XD
You know you play too much EU3 when you listen to the news about your country's political candidates and realise you're screwed for at least a decade because none of them have stats higher than 3 in any areas.
The last point is aspecialy true for poland. But not for candidates, just for current rullers.
Lol yeah, here in Australia we have Julia Gillard 2/3/1 who's currently in charge and also a candidate for re-election, and Tony Abbot 1/2/2 who's the probable heir in this situation. That is unless Julia can get herself a 'Royal Marriage' and pull something impressive off.

Well, see it from the positive side. There is at the moment no infamy to burn for Poland, no missionaries to convert wrong-religions provinces and no need for high army morale because you are in the NATO

Russia? There is a buffer state called Belorussia. Ok, it is not a real buffer for Russia but even the russian right-wings would not be so insane to do it.
Germany? We dont have a real army anymore either and every german expansion via war would end in common USA/UK/France/Half of the World gangbang.
Sweden? It is the Switzerland of the North. Like all of Scandinavia.

You know you've played EU too much when you wonder why all the poor countries won't switch to free trade and monopolize all centres of trade.
Hummm... i doubt our neighbours, poland got debts... also there is high revolt risk as more and more people, start to hate our goverment... fortunately they are idiots and don't keep big standing army that could hold us if we would want to revolt and end their goverment. It is not like we all want it, but some of us do want to take them down by force. Our "proffesional" army is less than 100k... as we "got no money for army" due to crisis, and our goverment lack of skill. "Proffesional" - here it means that we no more got conscription, not like this army is realy proffesional... maybe some parts of it is, but we don't have good equipment, like tanks, aircrafts, ships... i think only thing that is common in our army are cars, but suppose most of them are not armored, but just normal ones... the situation of polish military is so bad, that i think luxembourg could attack us and take our capital in 1 hour... but maybe here i eggagerate... luxembourg got like 4,5 k soliders... we could hold them for a day maybe .
