I preordered EUIV in June and when the game was released i never received an email containing the serial key for the main game, only for the extra DLC's
I sent an email to the zendesk support, but they told me to contact the Paradox webshop, since that was the place i preorded it form. I sent them two emails to them explaining my situation, but no reply. I don't know where else to go.
Can someone please help me sort out this issue, if no one can then is there a support phone line i can ring?

Just to warn you that you will probably not get any further action until the office opens back up on Monday.

Nobody seems to know what to do even though so far Ive found two others with the same exact issue and, if you look at this board, there are hundreds of bugs. If they cant solve all the issues by end of Sep give me a shout and I'll give you MY codes. I have the EUIV Extreme Edition and the EUIV extras. If you looking for the CKII converter to EUIV, that didnt work either and crashed my previously working CKII game so, beware. Anyway, my offer stands, wait till end of Sep. I love Paradox games but good bloody luck getting in contact with them lol Hang in there bud

I'm sure once an update comes out your issue should be fixed. i had a similar issue with Victoria 2, got it updated then i was fine.
thanks for the offer, but if you cant get your problems fixed, keep your codes. I preorded EUIV extreme edition and i have the extras DLC's codes but just not the main game code.

In case of game specific problems it is best to post it in the technical support forums for that game, that way it will be easier to receive support for the title.

As for you Dale248, I sent a notification internally to have a check on the issue. There is currently a big load on tickets which can cause delays in receiving replies, my apologies for the inconveniences.

BjornB is helping via PM on this, but i am away until Friday, so i cannot access steam till then.

i just cant register the game on the forums though...says the key is invalid

You are not using the Steam activation key, but the one from Steam client under View CD KEy? And you are pasting it in the "Europa universalis IV" field under my games above, nothing else?

it's registered now. I was using the steam key instead of the other one you mentioned. thanks
