This thought just came across me today, I thought it would make a good discussion.
When choices come up deciding which way your population leans, do you pick a choice because its your personal belief? Or do you plan it out and pick a choice so that it matches how you want to shape your nation and budget? Or do you roleplay sometimes and pick nations based on what your government would pick?
As for me...when the religion choices pop-up, I'm often selecting either pro-secularism or "God is dead!" It's almost an automatic thing with my atheism, it just comes to me. Plus - and excuse me for being corny - if I have to choose between the two I often pick pacifist as opposed to anti-military what with my dad being in the military and all.
