Yes, someone, jump in! It's actually shaping up to be a great game, with 3 superpowers (Russia, OE, UK), two minor powers (France, Prussia) and some nice animosities developing :rofl:
As far as I know France isnt devolving from its second/third Power place, so I wouldnt count them as a Minor power...
Prussia is still a nobody and will be a nobody for the forseeable future. We'll see what happens in the 50s and 60s, but right now I couldn't fight my way out of a wet paper bag. So nobody DoW
