I noticed they were getting beaten a while ago but I just started my save up and it's 1859...and they're at PEACE with the US..so I guess that's a victory. Not sure how they did it though.

They survived in one of my games too. I didn't follow the war at all so no idea how they did it.

Wait another 5-10 years in your game and the CSA will be SOI'ed and annexed by the USA. It's annoying but it'll happen.
Yeah you're right- 1868, no where to be seen...funny because there hasn't been a war in a few years- after years of crazy war all over the place...world economy MUST be doing awesome too cause my tax'd to death ppl are still getting luxuries plenty of the time.
