Saying no without even a link to one of those 1000 explanations is not exactly OK.
Let me tell you something: I have seen (1.2) supplies moving from Hong Kong to South India (straight towards a depot although of course in the direct neighbourhood of it I could no longer trace them as easily as before) via one route and supplies moving from South India all the way up to North China via another route. And that makes it a bit difficult to accept your 1003 no's...
Especially as this leaves out all the other harbours in China who just seemed to accept supplies so they can start their long land journey towards India. Why the hell was Burma/former Yunnan so overloaded with supplies if your 1003 no's are correct?
