Didn't see anything related to this so I just wanted to make a appeal thread to remove the penalty to happiness factor for xenophobe species for having multispecies planet if the other species are slaves.

Especially With regards to the New species rights pack and core world management it will be very boring if Your chattel slaves or Battle slaves are not allowed on Your core worlds With Your founder species so you can't benefit from their slave attributes and be able to compete With xenophile empires.

I understand having xenophobe living next to another full Citizen species would create happiness penalty, but that should also create happiness penalty galactically(globally) for the xenophobe empire.

Did you even play the game?
It's already a thing. It's called alien slavery tolerance.

Really? Then Why do my Xenophobe pops get happiness penalty when they are on the same planet as enslaved species?

Sure they don't get any happiness penalty from the POLICY, but they do get it from living next to enslaved species.

Geez alright, I'll get it when I get home. i hope you are right and that it's a bug or I was mistaken.
There are couple way what you claims could happen.
You could've accidentally left one xeno pop un-enslaved.
Your xeno slaves could be repugnant, and those make everyone unhappy, always.
You've genetically modified your species, and what you have on your planet is two subspecies of your primary species. Those do get xenophobia unhappiness with each other, but smaller than from completely different races.

Slaves stick really bad and having them down wind of your neighborhood would make anyone unhappy. Purge or resettle that filth please.
