Xbox one game breaking bugs

every single time I exit the game my loads disappear and I cannot start a new game. The error message is “an unexpected error has occurred. Unable to load saved game". I figured out if I erase all saved data on the app I can start a new game so I tried my best to play in 1 playthrough, 3 hours in the game suddenly froze and 30 mins later it's still frozen... Is their anything I can do or is this game just a failure in the aspect an amazing game is unplayable or is there a chance it will unfreeze. Please help me out.... nothing led up to the freezing or the unable to load. I just dont want to lose another 4 hours of progress

Hey @dannydarko420. I'm really sorry to hear you've encountered an issue! What platform are you playing on? Has this always been the case since you started the game or just something that started happening recently? If you could get a screenshot of the error message could you send it over, please?

Hey there, i play on Xbox One too, and i cant start a Game. The Startscreen only shows the animated Street with moving cars etc, but no Menu Options etc. When i press 'A' some Oversized Words are on the screen. Please can you check this?

Thank you for your answear.
I took two pictures with my smartphone to show you what i meant before. I tried to reinstall the game, i deleted the system data and tried again, but its always like that. I really would love to play the Game, i Love the games you create.
Its the Xbox One Version.

Hey @NetWire, just following up on the bug you mentioned here to let you know that the team has been looking into this one and there should be a fix for this on the way in our next patch.
