[Xbox One] Bestiary text cut off on right

In the bestiary, the extreme right text is cut off by the scroll bar. I've noticed this on the "Spider" Main entry.

I don't know if this is related, but, on the Xbox One with my TV, I have to set Graphics/Safety Border to 0.75 so that I can see the far left and far right of the screen.

On the loading screens I receive text similar to this that are cut off on the right side of the screen as well
