I can't delete my last save game because this is the only one I got from my 90.000 people city. When I deleted I have no save game anymore because I disabled auto save. I am really pissed on now....

I have the same problem with my 76k city and my smaller 2K city. Hope they fix this quick. Its really demotivating.

Writing to say that Eik87's fix worked for me. The corrupt save for me was my auto save at 82K but luckily I did a manual save at 80K so I'm not completely screwed on progress. I can now load, save and delete save slots freely after doing the fix. Thanks Eik87.
They care, but I definitely feel like the problem could've already been fixed by now. And it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I know Paradox is used to making PC games (if I'm correct this is their first Xbox title?) so it was probably difficult for them to develop this game. Doesn't give them a right to release it so messed up though. I hope it is like Battlefield 4 and starts off really rocky but ends up becoming one of my favorite games.
Having the same problem. Game kept crashing on my Xbox all day yesterday, carried on playing and managed tom get my city up to 115,000 people and now can't load any of my saves. Really hope this get solved as game is basically unplayable and I was really enjoying it!!
Thanks to THE COMMUNITY, not the developer, we are finding ways around the bug that doesn't allow you to load games but has anyone in the community found a way to help the game from freezing on save. Every 3rd or 4th time I manually save the audio locks up and the game exits back to the Xbox dashboard. I have autosave disabled.

Please fix it. A lot of friends will buy this game, but know they know the problems and they wont buy it yet.
So I did Luke's fix yesterday it has made the game playable, I put auto saves on 5 minute intervals. I had two crashes yesterday and was able to reload the auto saves, then quickly back it up with a real save. My new city is now at 110k, thanks Luke for the trouble shooting.
Bro if we gotta do all this to play i want my money back or something lol this is wrong and i feel like they ignoring our cry for help smh but thanks for your help and i might try it but im just scared because i lost 4 city's already
My new city is at 140k, my game is still crashing often, my advice is have it auto save often and after crash load the auto save, it has been working for me.
I think autosave is the cause. I had this issue shortly after turning on auto save. I recommend leaving it off and manually saving every once in a while. I thought it was strange they left auto save off by default lol.
Yes you must do Luke's fix, all old city's are lost, but it makes the game playable just put auto save on like 5 min should fix the problem until they patch it.
Whelp Luke's fix worked for awhile, through about 5-6 crashes. I got my city up to 190k, appears that my data is corrupt again. Really wish developers would finish a damn game before they have everyone pay 40$ for a unplayable game. Thanks cincerly everyone who wasted there time and money.
If This game is going to remain unplayable for a few months id much rather just get my money back, I would love to continue playing but there are many other games available for purchase that are very playable.
